MIBs Polled
Device Fault Manager (DFM) polls certain MIBs for information that is relevant to fault management. Polling is done based on the polling interval, as described in Configuring Polling and Thresholds. Obtaining MIB information depends on several contingencies — namely, whether a device supports a MIB, has the proper SNMP implementation, is accessible, and so forth.
