This document provides compatibility information between Cisco MDS SAN-OS software releases and Storage Service Interface (SSI) releases.
Note
Note It is recommended that you upgrade to the latest SSI image for your SAN-OS release. This document identifies the latest recommended SSI image for SAN-OS releases and the applications that are supported. For information on installing and upgrading your SSI image, refer to the Cisco MDS 9000 Family Release Notes for Storage Services Interface Images.
Note
For information on which SSI image is supported with a specific EMC Invista version, refer to the latest EMC Support Matrix available on EMC PowerLink.
Table 1 lists the supported SSI releases and the applications they support for Cisco SAN-OS Release 3.x.
Table 2 lists the compatible SSI releases for Cisco SAN-OS Release 2.x
