License Fulfillment Instructions for Cisco Unified Videoconferencing Manager, Release 5.5

To obtain the permanent licenses you purchased with this product, please collect the following information:
Two license keys will be received for version 5.5 of Cisco Unified Videoconferencing Manager: one key for the Resource and Network Manager components and a separate key for the Desktop functionality.
Upgrades
Due to significantly modified functionality, installations of previous versions of this product will require new licenses upon an upgrade to version 5.5 or higher. Customers upgrading to version 5.5 or higher should follow this license fulfillment process to acquire version 5.5 licenses. There is no additional charge for acquiring equivalent quantities of version 5.5 licenses. Customer upgrading to version 5.5 licenses without purchasing any new license quantities should use "Upgrade" instead of a Cisco Sales Order Number in their license fulfillment request.
Demo Licenses
The product is shipped with the following demo license capabilities:

Resource Manager and Network Manager—A 30-day demo license is automatically installed.
•
Desktop—You must request initial demo license by following this license fulfillment process.
All initial demo licenses will be for 30 days and two additional extensions are allowed for a total of 90 days of evaluation period.
To obtain an initial Desktop demo license or an extension to any of the demo licenses, please collect the following additional information:
