The packet transport supporting the technology offerings may be core IP, ATM, VPN, or Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS). The access networks supporting the technology offerings may be T1, DSL, cable, or Ethernet. Cisco IVoIP Infrastructure Manager provides support for Cisco Open Packet Telephony: VoIP, voice over ATM, Voice over Cable, Hosted IP PBX, Hosted IP Centrex, and multiservice (including voice) VPNs.

Infrastructure service offerings supply the interconnection of a Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) and Voice over IP (VoIP) networks.
