Cisco Voice over IP (VoIP) Infrastructure Manager is a suite of integrated management products that delivers subscriber provisioning, service network configuration, service network assurance, service network performance, and service network usage data for a VoIP network powered by Cisco Systems products.
With this integrated management solution from Cisco, service providers can concentrate more on marketing, sales, and customer service, and less on monitoring and maintaining the network. Customers that deploy Cisco VoIP Infrastructure Manager will be freed from implementing complex, work-intensive processes to provision and guarantee the services offered to their customers.

Cisco VoIP Infrastructure Manager manages Cisco IP Telephony, local, long-distance, and service provider-managed VoIP technologies, which may be provided using H.323 standards, Gateway Control Protocols (xGCP), or Session Initiation Protocol (SIP). The packet transport supporting the technology offerings may be core IP, ATM, VPN, or Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS). The access networks supporting the technology offerings may be T1, DSL, cable, or Ethernet. Cisco IVoIP Infrastructure Manager provides support for Cisco Open Packet Telephony: VoIP, voice over ATM, Voice over Cable, Hosted IP PBX, Hosted IP Centrex, and multiservice (including voice) VPNs.
Infrastructure service offerings supply the interconnection of a Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) and Voice over IP (VoIP) networks. The VoIP interconnection includes integration with Signaling System 7 (SS7) control protocols and provides Long Distance, Pre-Paid and other long-haul telephony and telecom services.
