Cisco Systems® announces the end-of-sale and end-of-life dates for Cisco IOS® Software Release 12.3T Voice images. This announcement applies specifically to Release 12.3(11)T voice images which include IP Voice, SP Services, Advanced IP Services, and Advanced Enterprise Services. All other Release 12.3T images are covered under EOL1015 End-of-Sale Bulletin announced in December 2005. The last day to order the affected product is February 04, 2007. Maintenance rebuilds and software fixes will no longer be available as of February 04, 2008. Software defects found in this release are addressed by migrating to Releases 12.4, 12.4T, or later releases. Customers with active service contracts will continue to receive support from the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) until February 04, 2012.

PRODUCT MIGRATION OPTIONS
Customers are encouraged to migrate to Cisco IOS Software Major Release 12.4(3), 12.4(7) or later, which inherits all Release 12.3T voice functionality, as well as additional fixes. Customers requiring additional new feature content are encouraged to migrate to Cisco IOS Software Release 12.4T, which includes Cisco IOS Release 12.3T functionality, additional fixes, and new technology introductions. When upgrading to a more recent release, certain software images may not be available, hardware may or may not be supported, or memory requirements may have changed.
