Product Migration Options
The Cisco Info Center legacy product parts are subject to end-of-life, but the individual Cisco Info Center components that make up these legacy product parts are still available and are not part of this announcement. Therefore, existing customers can continue to use the individual Cisco Info Center components listed in the replacement columns in Table 2 above. New customers are encouraged to order the Cisco Info Center recommended replacement product part numbers listed in Table 2 above. Where no direct replacement part number is indicated, the customer is encouraged to contact the local account representative to discuss which Cisco Info Center solution is most appropriate. For more information about the Cisco Info Center, visit http://www.cisco.com/go/cic or contact your local account representative.
Customers can use the Cisco Technology Migration Plan (TMP) to trade in products and receive credit toward the purchase of new Cisco equipment. For more information about Cisco TMP, go to: http://www.cisco.com/go/tradein/. The Cisco TMP application requires all users to have a Cisco.com user ID.
