Migrate to IVR: Incentive Program for Cisco Unified IP Queue Manager Customers

In response to the recent end-of-life announcement of Cisco® Unified IP Queue Manager, the company is pleased to announce the introduction of the Migrate to IVR program. This program is designed to help existing Cisco Unified IP Queue Manager customers migrate to Cisco Unified IP Interactive Voice Response (IP IVR) or Cisco Unified Customer Voice Portal (CVP). This program provides incentives for customers with a current maintenance contract (Software Application Support Plus Upgrades - SASU], [Partner Software Application Support plus Upgrade - PSAU], and [Unified Communications Software Subscription - UCSS]) as well as those who have let their maintenance contracts expire.

Program Details

Migrate to Cisco Unified IP IVR

If you have an active SASU, PSAU, or UCSS contract, this program allows you to migrate your existing Cisco Unified IP Queue Manager server software and ports to Cisco Unified IP IVR server and ports at a 100-percent discount on the server software and ports. You can also purchase a 1-year UCSS subscription at a 50-percent discount.
If you do not have an active SASU, PSAU, or UCSS contract, this program allows you to migrate your existing Cisco Unified IP Queue Manager server software and ports to Cisco Unified IP IVR server and ports at a 50-percent discount on the IP IVR server software and ports.
The program is available now and expires July 30, 2008. All orders for this promotion must be received by this date.

Please note that the UCSS discount applies to Cisco Unified IP IVR only and only on 1-year subscriptions. You need to purchase 2- and 3-year subscriptions for Cisco Unified IP IVR at regular prices.
Cisco Unified IP IVR server software ships with 5 included ports. When ordering Cisco Unified IP IVR ports that equal the total number of Cisco Unified IP Queue Manager ports previously held, please factor in the 5 included ports.
For example: If you previously had 20 Cisco Unified IP Queue Manager ports, you are entitled to 20 Cisco Unified IP IVR ports. At the time of ordering, you should choose only 15 ports plus the server software, which already includes 5 Cisco Unified IP IVR ports.
The Cisco Unified Queue Manager product is built on the same platform and shares the same code base as Cisco Unified IP IVR. Installation and upgrade steps are common between Cisco Unified Queue Manager and Cisco Unified IP IVR. When upgrading from Cisco Unified Queue Manager to Cisco Unified IP IVR, refer to the instructions provided in the documentation at: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/custcosw/ps1846/prod_installation_guides_list.html.

Migrate to Cisco Unified Customer Voice Portal

Customers who desire to migrate from Cisco Unified Queue Manager to Cisco Unified Customer Voice Portal can take advantage of the Cisco Unified CVP Queue and Transfer 3.0 full-function upgrade license. This license offers you a way to migrate to full-function Cisco Unified CVP 3.1 or 4.0 from Cisco Unified IP Queue Manager. If you use these part numbers, you will receive a 47-percent discount on Cisco Unified CVP software when compared to a new purchase of Cisco Unified CVP. For Cisco Unified CVP UCSS, standard pricing applies.
Please note that you can use these part numbers to purchase Cisco Unified CVP 3.1 or 4.0. Server licenses are not required for this upgrade.
