Cisco Systems® announces the end-of-sale and end-of life dates for the Cisco PGW 2200 Specified Hardware. The last day to order the Cisco PGW 2200 Specified Hardware is April 27, 2007. Customers with active service contracts will continue to receive support from the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) as shown in Table 1 of the EoL bulletin. Table 1 describes the end-of-life milestones, definitions, and dates for the Cisco PGW 2200 Specified Hardware. Table 2 lists the product part numbers affected by this announcement.

Customers with Cisco PGW 9.6(1),H.323 signaling interface (HSI) 4.2,and Billing and Measurements Server 3.20 will need to order Netra 240s as replacement (HSI application will require one processor to be disabled). Customers using 9.7(3),HSI 4.3 and BAM 3.30 will need to order Netra 210s as replacement.
