Cisco 7200, 7304, 7400 and 7500 Series Routers
GBIC Product Code Transition
Cisco Systems® is migrating the Cisco 7200, 7304, 7400 and 7500 Series Gigabit Interface Converter (GBIC) product codes to standard Cisco® product codes. There is no change in functionality, compatibility, or compliance because the physical hardware will remain the same. Only the product code will change.
Product Code Transition Matrix
Table 1 details the new product codes that will be available for purchase on the Cisco 7200, 7304, 7400 and 7500 Series.
