IGX-FRM, IGX-FRM-2, IGX-FRM-31,
and BC-550100-J1.

Overview

Cisco Systems, Inc. announces the end of life (EoL) of IGX-NPM64, IGX-FRM, IGX-FRM-2, IGX-FRM-31, and BC-550100-J1 listed in Table 1. These cards have been replaced by new-generation cards, which have greater functionality (except for the IGX-FRM-2, which has no replacement).

Cisco Systems, Inc. announces the end of life (EoL) of IGX-NPM64, IGX-FRM, IGX-FRM-2, IGX-FRM-31, and BC-550100-J1 listed in Table 2.

Ordering Information

May 30, 2001 will be the last date to enter orders for IGX-FRM, IGX-FRM-2, IGX FRM-31, and BC-550100-J1 (BC-J1). December 8, 2000 will be the last date to enter orders for IGX-NPM-64. Hardware support, for these products, will be provided until November 2005. Switch software Release 9.3 will be the last release supporting the IGX-NPM64, IGX-FRM, IGX-FRM-2, IGX-FRM-31, and BC-550100-J1. Customers will continue to receive Technical Assistance Center (TAC) and RMA support, for these modules, for a period of five years, after their respective EoS announcements.
