Cisco GPRS Gateway Support Node Service Manager

The Cisco® GPRS Gateway Support Node Service Manager (GGSN-SM) is a set of tools that interface with the CiscoWorks desktop navigation user interface to perform provisioning and troubleshooting of access point names (APNs) and Cisco GGSN charging profiles. The Cisco GGSN-SM interfaces with the CiscoWorks LAN Management Solution (LMS) to provide an end-to-end management solution for Cisco Mobile Exchange networks.

Cisco GGSN-SM offers the following:

• Provides centralized management of APN configurations
• Automated charging profile provisioning using a simple to use GUI
• Enhances problem isolation of Cisco GGSN networks through troubleshooting dashboard
• Allows management of multiple Cisco GGSN installations and automatically downloads configuration in all Cisco GGSN installations
• Integrates with the CiscoWorks desktop within the CiscoWorks LMS to allow ease of execution and use within a central management console interface
