Network Integration Managed Services standardizes and scales the networks on the Cisco IOS Software Hub/Headend side by facilitating seamless integration of IPsec VPN technologies (ie: Dynamic Multipoint VPN (DMVPN), EasyVPN, and WebVPN).
DMVPN optimizes performance, reduces latency for real-time applications, and enables dynamic configuration. It reduces the maintenance and configuration on the hubs and uses Quality of Service (QoS) effectively to provide the priority to the marked network and real-time sensitive applications. Network scalability can be increased with the tiered DMVPN Hub Server Load-Balancer designs.
EasyVPN provides access to both software and hardware clients complementing other VPN deployments (ie: DMVPN, WebVPN). The EasyVPN Hub can be combined with DMVPN Hub to provide a single integrated view for the VPN deployment. EasyVPN deployments can be easily migrated to DMVPN deployments and vice versa. With the availability of IPsec Dynamic Virtual Tunnel Interface (DVTI), EasyVPN now supports IP Multicast and QoS.
WebVPN provides clientless or SSL VPN Client (SVC) based secure access to corporate network and resources. It allows for file sharing and access to web based applications. WebVPN also enables users to download Cisco Secure Desktop (CSD), which provides secure desktop overlaying on top of the guest desktop.
Mobile users, retail brokers, and extranet partners can benefit from WebVPN when the allowable SVC, CSD, or clientless access depends on corporate policy. WebVPN integrates, and share a hub, with EasyVPN and DMVPN.
