Sybase InfoMaker is a Third party software required for customer report creation in the Cisco Intelligent Contact Management (ICM) environment. This error message appears in the WebView session after you apply InfoMaker Patch 10197:
ERROR: Could not retrieve the list of items
Q. Does Cisco ICM 4.6.2 support InfoMaker Patch 10197 for InfoMaker 7.03?
A. Based on the Bill of Material (BOM) for Cisco ICM 4.6.2, this version supports Sybase InfoMaker 7.0.3. There is no reference to InfoMaker Patch 10197 in the BOM. However, when this error message appears, as Figure 1 shows,
ERROR: Could not retrieve the list of itemsselect WebView Reporting > Agent > Templates in the WebView session on a system with InfoMaker Patch 10197 applied. The root cause is installing InfoMaker Patch 10197 which updates some dlls that are shared with Jaguar. If the patch is needed, InfoMaker should be installed on another machine that does not have Jaguar.
