General Deployment (GD) Announcement for Cisco IOS Software Version 11.0

This Product Bulletin serves to announce that Cisco IOS Software Version 10.3 has reached the "General Deployment" (GD) milestone, beginning with Cisco IOS Maintenance Release 11.0(11).

Cisco Systems believes that Cisco IOS maintenance releases 11.0(11) and later (within the 11.0 release train) are suitable for deployment anywhere in customer networks where the features and functionality of the release are required. Criteria for reaching the "General Deployment" (GD) milestone are based on, but not limited to, customer feedback surveys from production and test networks using the release, Customer Engineering (CE) defect reports, and reported field experience.

Customers wishing to install Cisco IOS Software Release 11.0(11) or later (within the 11.0 family) as a GD release are strongly advised to refer to the appropriate Release Notes and Release Issues for specific considerations and caveats.
