End-of-Sale and End-of-Life Announcement for the Cisco Unity Servers IBM X205-1A, IBM X345-1A and -2A, and IBM X255-1A and -2A Servers

Cisco Systems announces the end of life of the following Cisco Unity server products:
- IBM X205 server sold as the UNITY-SVRX205-1A=
- IBM X345 server sold as the UNITY-SVRX345-1A=
- IBM X345 server sold as the UNITY-SVRX345-2A=
- IBM X255 server sold as the UNITY-SVRX255-1A=
- IBM X255 server sold as the UNITY-SVRX255-2A=
The last day to order these products is July 22, 2003. Customers will continue to receive support from Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) until July, 2008. SMARTnet services are also available for these products. Table 1 describes the end-of-life milestones and dates for these Cisco Media Convergence Server products.

Product Migration Options
The Cisco Media Convergence Server 7815I-2000, 7835I-2400, 7845I-2400, 7855I-1500, and 7865I-1500 will supercede the Cisco Media Convergence Server products at end of life as listed in Table 3.
