The Cisco Video@Work Contest

Tell Us How Video is Transforming Your Work Life

At Cisco, we believe in innovation, and we think that there are many companies out there that are using video in creative ways that are transforming the enterprise, and improving the efficiency of the workforce. We want you to tell us about it, and we want you to do it using video.

Create a short (3-5 minute) video clip that describes how the use of video has improved your work life. Has it made you more productive? Has it reduced the amount of travel you have to do? Has it built stronger ties to co-workers, and the company as a whole? Tell us your story, for an opportunity to win.

Video is transforming the enterprise. It's changing the way we work.

4. JUDGING CRITERIA: Eligible Entries will be judged by a panel of qualified judges selected by Sponsor (“Judges”), based on a composite score (assigned between 1- 100) using the following criteria: ingenious, original, creative or resourceful ways in which Video technology has (1) improved employee efficiency; (2) enhanced customer or partner experiences; (3) redefined business processes and (4) the effectiveness of the Entry in describing or otherwise illustrating the business benefits derived from the deployment of video technology (“Judging Criteria”). Contest Entries received during the Promotion Period will be judged, according to the Judging Criteria, approximately 4 weeks following the Promotion Period. The Entry with the highest score will be declared the potential Grand Prize winner; Entries with the next three highest scores will be deemed the potential Runner-up Prize winners. In the event of a tie, the Entry (among those tied) with the highest score in the “describing or otherwise illustrating the business benefits” category of the Judging Criteria will be deemed the potential winner for the applicable prize. All decisions by the Judges are final. Potential winners must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules; winning is contingent upon verification of eligibility and compliance with all requirements herein.

5. PRIZE(S)/ODDS: One (1) Grand Prize: Canon Vixia HV20 High Definition camcorder; Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $999. Three Runner-Up prizes (3): Linksys DMA2200 Media Center Extender with DVD; ARV: $299.
