Problem Description
CiscoWorks2000 Maintenance Release #2 provides new device support and general enhancements for Resource Manager Essentials (RME) and CWSI Campus. Maintenance Release #2 may be applied to RME (versions 2.0 or 2.1) and CWSI Campus (versions 2.2. or 2.3). It includes Maintenance Release #1 and its year 2000 updates.
Cisco continues to offer, free-of-charge, CiscoWorks 2000 Maintenance Release #1 to any customer seeking to update RME and CWSI Campus products for year 2000 reasons. Maintenance Release #1 is available using part number: CWE+C-xx*-MAINT1 (*where "xx" indicates NT, SOL, AIX, or UX). Maintenance Release #2 is available to SMARTnet service contract subscribers via Cisco's CCO software planner pages, or their upgrade contract. For non-service contract holders, Maintenance Release #2 is available for a fee through your Cisco sales representative.
Maintenance Release #2 for WindowsNT and Solaris will start shipping in mid August 1999.
