• Unity 3.1(5): French Localization (FRA)

Problem Description

The Unity 3.1(5) release Localization Disc 4 (Localizations: FRA, SVE and ITA) is missing all files under the following directory:

D4:\Localize\Web\SAHelp\LocalizationFiles\FRA\SAPageHelp\SystemAdmin\

There is an images folder, but the html files are missing.

Background

The Unity 3.1(5) software bundle was shipped with an incomplete Localization Disc 4.

Problem Symptoms

When installing Unity 3.1(5), the SAWeb System Admin help files for French (FRA) are missing. If the GUI language is set to FRA, clicking on SA help fields will return a page missing error.

Workaround/Solution

There are two possible solutions:

1. Download Localization CD4 image from the Unity Download Full CD Images of Unity 3.1 site:

   CiscoUnity3.1.5.CD4.exe

   Cisco Unity 3.1(5) CD4 image - FRA, SVE, ITA

   When downloading the file insure that the date that the file was published is December 3, 2002, or later.

2. Download the CiscoUnity3.1.5-SAHelp-FRA.zip file from the Cisco Unity 3.1 Software Download site and extract the contents to the following directory on your already installed Unity 3.1(5) server:

   \CommServer\Web\SAHelp\LocalizationFiles\FRA\SAPageHelp\SystemAdmin\
