Customer Response Solutions - 3.5(x)
Problem Description
Cisco Customer Response Solutions (CRS) and Cisco CallManger (CCM) service failures occur after performing a new installation of CRS 3.5(x) and CCM 4.x. on the same server. This is known as a co-resident installation.
Background
If the available hotfix is not applied, the CRS and CCM Administration applications may not start and/or some CRS and CCM services may not start.
These failures are the result of insufficient windows desktop Heap size for non-interactive services required to run all services concurrently.
Problem Symptoms
The following are known symptoms:

No access to the AppAdmin page
-
No access to the CCMAdmin page
-
Failed CRS and CCM services
-
DCOM Errors from IIS and WWW services in the event log
Workaround/Solution
Apply the following hotfix:
OS_Hotfix_for_CCM4.x_co-res_CRS3.5.x.exe
This hotfix is available at the Cisco Customer Response Solutions Version 3.5 Software Downloads (registered customers only) page.
Note: After you install or uninstall this hotfix, you must reboot the CRS/CCM server.
