Cisco CallManager - 3.3(5)
Problem Description
After the installation of Multilevel Administration (MLA) 1.2(4) on a Cisco CallManager 3.3(5) server, the following error can be seen:
Active Server Pages error 'ASP 0240' Script Engine Exception /ccmadmin/default.asp A ScriptEngine threw expection 'C0000005' in 'IActiveScript::AddNamedItem' from 'CActiveScriptEngine::RequestItems()'.
Background
The root cause is still being investigated.
Problem Symptoms
Other symptoms can include:

100% CPU utilization by DLLHOST
-
100% CPU utilization by IEXPLORER
-
ASP Runtime Script Engine error
-
CCMAdmin Menus don't show up in certain cases
-
Find/List Pages do not work for Device Menus and for some Route Plan menus
Workaround/Solution
Cisco has removed MLA 1.2(4) from the Cisco Software Center and it will be reposted when the issues are resolved.
In the meantime Cisco is recommending that customers remove or uninstall MLA from any Cisco CallManager 3.3(5) server until a replacement can be delivered.
