Accelerate Your Career

 

The Human Resources Leadership program (HRLP) is a multi-year accelerated career program designed to develop and enhance your business acumen, knowledge of Cisco’s business and HR operations by participating in multiple assignments throughout the Human Resource organization.

 

Along with a Master’s degree in, or with a concentration in, HR and/or an MBA, qualified candidates must have proven leadership capabilities, superior academic credentials and a solid comprehension of business “basics” including finance, marketing and sales.
