Full Description:
The general consideration, which is the common thread in all the RFPs on Wireless and Mobile, is a holistic view on Wireless and Mobile Applications. This RFP also covers research proposals not directly related to any specific topic of the other RFPs on Wireless and Mobile.
Constraints and other information:
IPR will stay with the University. Cisco expects customary scholarly dissemination of results, and hopes that promising results would be made available to the community without limiting licenses, royalties, or other encumbrances.
