The IP Communications Specialization recognizes partners for their knowledge and expertise in selling, designing, installing, and supporting a comprehensive Cisco IP Communications solution. This specialization is targeted at a full range of customers, from small to medium businesses through enterprise-level IP Communications markets, and focuses on opportunities that require advanced product knowledge and the ability to deploy solutions over multiple sites and geographies. By achieving an IP Communications Specialization, your company can boost its credibility with customers by enhancing your ability to deliver advanced voice applications that use IP as the transport technology that spans the customer premise to the network core.

The IP Communications Specialization is worth 40 points towards certification under the Cisco Channel Partner Program.

The IP Communications Specialization allows you to deploy and support a highly scalable, reliable, and available distributed multi-service solution that is based on a converged architecture in the single office, remote site, or entire enterprise. The IP Communications Specialization focuses on the following products:

Cisco IP Communications Products

Some Cisco IP Communications products may be restricted for sale by IP Communications Specialized Partners only. Please check with your channel account manager to see if restrictions apply in your geography.

Note: Existing specialized and ATP partners will keep their badge(s) until its annual specified expiration date. However, if a partner achieves one of the new IPC specializations before the existing specialization or Advanced Technology Program expires, the old specialization and/or ATP will be invalid. Partners may not hold more than one IPC specialization at a time (for instance, a partner cannot hold the IPT-Revised Specialization and an IPC Express or an IPC Specialization).
