Customer satisfaction is a cornerstone of the Cisco Channel Partner Program. Cisco uses the same enhanced survey tools that it uses to measure its own customer satisfaction to measure the customer satisfaction levels achieved by its Gold, Silver, and Premier Certified partners. Partners that achieve outstanding customer satisfaction are awarded the Customer Satisfaction Excellence gold star. Qualification Time FrameQualification for Cisco Customer Satisfaction Excellence is determined on a rolling 12-month basis at the beginning of each Cisco fiscal quarter (August, November, February, and May). |
